Best Fluoro has developed the BestFlon series tire mold release coating system, which is water-based and environmental friendly. Through blasting, spray, high temperature curing and other special process, the mold surface will form a film which is super non-stick, low coefficient of friction, corrosion-resistant, anti-wet. The problem of mold cleaning and mold release is easily solved. The coated mold can be used for three months and almost produce 3000 tires before the next coating. We have customized the gloss of tire surface. High gloss, matt, semi-matt can be achieved, according to customer needs, 

MASCOTE S is one coat solvent based PTFE coating. Green, gold, black, and grey color can be chose

DUPONT S is a two coat water based FEP coating that has better non-stick properties. There is green, black, and gold to be selected.

FLUORO S is a two coat water based PTFE coating that is uniquely reinforced with ceramic particles. The coating is applied to substrates that have been roughened by blasting to improve both wear and adhesion. Bestflon III exhibits enhanced nonstick release properties combined with outstanding durability compared to other release coat systems.
